Get the support you need to make the changes you want to make! With 30 years experience as a therapist and 15 years as a yoga teacher, I bring a deeply holistic approach to personal transformation. In our eight sessions together, I will support you in creating meaningful change by integrating Vedic astrology, psychology, yoga, breathwork and meditation. The first session will be an Astrology reading - this reading will be a catalyst for understanding how to best work with the energy of the current times (so that you are moving "with the current, rather than against it"). The following sessions are focused on helping you move forward rather than exploring the past.. My role is that of a guide and mentor - one that helps you to access and trust the wisdom within. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" formula. Instead, I meet you exactly where you are, reading your chart to gain insight into your unique journey and offering personalized tools to help you move forward. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing or a new direction, I provide guidance you need to navigate life's transitions with confidence and purpose. I believe change is possible but often what stops one from making change is self doubt, lack of support and not being consistent. Let me support you in taking the steps necessary to move forward in your life with clarity, confidence and ease. Please note: •You are only scheduling the 1st session. The fee covers all 8 sessions •I am a licensed psychologist in California. However, these aren't therapy sessions.
