Try this kriya breath, called ego conqueror, to come into your strength, show up for yourself fully and to transcend self-sabotage. This practice helps you show up for yourself fully, no matter what is happening in your life. Practice this breath for 3 minutes first thing in the morning ~ before your cup of coffee ;) ~ and notice the effects on your subtle body and energy.


In this practice, we are working with the 3rd (Sacral) and 4th (Heart) chakras to come into our power, which supports the heart in opening.
