This is a great short and sweet practice for grounding your energy and coming back into connection with yourself.
I love these mini practices because it just takes a minute or two to start to shift the mind and come back into connection and feel ease when you don't have time to make it to a full yoga class.
You may choose to do this practice when you wake up in the morning, or you may even use it as a reset any time in your day. The more you bring these mini practices into your days, the more you will notice a shift in your nervous system.
